For example, PET tape is our featured products. It is a transparent film with good tensile strength and good heat resistance. In this standard is mainly used in the wrapping of the assembled insulated cable cores and tapping the rotor of motor. It also has a good thermal shrinkage and stays soft at low temperature. We can also provide different colors of polyester tapes. These tapes are widely used in power cables, communication cables, coaxial cables, and other special cables. The common thickness we provide is 0. 012mm~0.1 mm, width ≥5mm. You can see this picture.

28 1 — Aluminum foil mylar: it has a better shielding effect. Whether Aluminum foil is inner layer or outer layer according to your needs. Aluminum foil mylar mainly used in electronic cables, data cables, coaxial cables. If you are interested in this product, you can tell me your needed thickness of aluminum layer and PET layer.
Polyester non-woven tape (for insulation and binding purpose): Polyester non-woven fabric is made of polyester fiber and comes in white color. It has light weight, thin, high tensile strength(because of high PET content), good insulating property, low flexibility and no causticity. It is usually applied to plastic cable, cabtyre cable, power cable etc. It is relatively tough to melt or distort even to temperature higher than 180℃. We can provide width from 5mm-100mm. Thickness 2mm is our hot selling type. We also have plastic or paper core.
Foamed PP Polypropylene Tape(for insulation and binding purpose): Foamed PP tape has good properties of tensile strength, elongation at break and peeling strength. It also has a good thermal shrinkage at high temperature and stays soft at low temperature. I t is widely used for communication cables, shielding cables and water-blocking cables, low and medium voltage cables. We usually provide the thickness of 0.1mm and 0.12mm.
Galvanized steel wire: adopts hot galvanizing vertical process(Not easy to fall off, more solid ), with uniform thickness, smooth surface and strong corrosion resistance. It is widely used for ACSR, power cables and overhead cables. It has two types: Galvan ized high carbon and low carbon Steel Wires. The difference between the two is mainly tensile strength.
Glass fiber tape: Fire retardant glass fiber tape mainly used for flame resistance and fire resistance with the various parts wrapping processing. It is not only for the spacer layer, heat-absorbing layer, fire-resistant layer and insulating layer of various cable series, but also suitable for the insulation belt of electrical and motor products. As an environmentally-friendly heat-resistant and flame-retardant material, it is commonly used for wrapping flame-retardant cables, fire-resistant cables, LSHF cables, Marine cables, mining cables, cross-linked flame-retardant cables and large-section cables. It has high tensile strength, High-temperature resistance to 500℃, and protect the cable insulation from burning, and less smoke. About this product, we usually provide the thickness 0.2mm and 0.18mm.
Mica tape: used for fire resistant cable. It also has good properties of tensile strength, elongation at break and peeling strength. High Temperature Resistance is Up To 950℃. Polypropylene Filler Yarn: Polypropylene PP filler described in this standard is of non-hygroscopic and mainly used during the assembly of insulated cores to fill the space between them in order to make the assembled core if needed round shape. GFRP(Glass Fiber Reinforced Plastic): Nonmetallic reinforcements used for optical cables：glass fiber reinforced plastic rods. GFPR provides strength to the cable while maintaining required stiffness /flexibility and prevents cable buckling especially during temperature change. GFRP has advantage of high temperature resistant property with high torsion strength . The surface is free from oil, water, stain, scar, burrs and other defects. The surface is uniform and smooth. FRP is used as central or peripheral strength member in single tube or multitube optical fiber cables.
Polyester Binding Yarn has the characteristics of high strength, no moisture absorption and high temperature resistance, and is wound by special winding machine. In the production of optical cable, it mainly plays the role of fixing and tightening internal materials, with high strength and low thermal shrinkage. It is used as the binding material in the production of copper and optical cables.
Ripcord : The natural tearing rope and colored tearing rope are used in the optical cable structure at the same time. They are placed parallel on both sides of the cable core and buried under the sheath, so that the user can peel the sheath by pulling the rope horizontally to avoid cutting the sheath and hurting the cable core. Ripcord is mainly used for the stripping of various types of cables.
